Title: Client Coordinator Manager

Location: Birmingham, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia; and/or Remote Availability
Position Summary/Objective:

- The successful CCM will initiate the renewal process with current clients. They will work directly with the client to ensure a smooth renewal and retention process.
- As the CCM, you will coordinate between the client and the service team to ensure thorough follow-through on documentation, task prioritization, and communication between all applicable parties.
- You will work on renewals both large and small, re-market small business renewals as needed to ensure the clients are receiving the best Three Arbor Insurance has to offer, and assist with new business & small business marketing.
- A CCM will be organized, efficient, and effective at getting necessary tasks done, and will work with the service team and producers to ensure Three Arbor is as successful as possible.
