Client Relations Manager

WHAT:
The Client Relations Manager will be a key player on our fast-growing team, ensuring clients receive the proactive support they need and deserve. This role focuses on managing the marketing of accounts and negotiating insurance programs for both prospective and current clients, while working alongside Producers to ensure that our clients are provided with seamless communication. As a trusted advisor, you will cultivate strong client relationships by identifying and addressing their needs and providing well-supported recommendations with minimal oversight. Additionally, you will participate in prospective client meetings, lead mid-year stewardship meetings with clients, and contribute to presentations and strategic discussions as needed. The successful Client Relations Manager possesses adaptability and a commitment to supporting overall team success. This role is not responsible for day-to-day service tasks.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
- Ability to function effectively in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Active Property & Casualty license is desired
