WHAT:
The Client Relations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the proactive, strategic support they need and deserve. This is not a day-to-day servicing position – it’s a high-level client-facing role focused on marketing accounts, negotiating insurance programs, and delivering a polished, professional experience from start to finish.

You’ll work alongside Producers to manage both new and renewal business, guide strategic coverage conversations, and lead client-facing meetings throughout the year. Your ability to anticipate client needs, collaborate internally, and bring solutions forward will be key to your success.

We are seeking someone with the experience and confidence to quickly step in, fill critical gaps, and provide stability and leadership. The ideal candidate brings commercial insurance expertise, a strong grasp of technology, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and ensure all servicing items are addressed with accuracy and urgency
  • Coordinate new business submissions, renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, and other mid-term service items with accuracy and pace
  • Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver timely and efficient service
  • Identify and implement workflow efficiencies using available technology
  • Maintain accurate client data and documentation in AMS360 and other platforms
  • Effectively and appropriately delegate tasks to junior team members
  • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a strong team culture

 

Qualifications:

  • Active P&C insurance license
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance management
  • Deep understanding of commercial coverages, policy structures, and client servicing standards
  • Proven ability to manage a demanding workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
  • Deadline driven with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and follow through
  • Forward-thinking and solutions-oriented, proactively anticipating client needs
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

 

Preferred Software Experience:

  • AMS360 (required or strong working knowledge preferred)
  • AgencyZoom, Indio, Fulcrum, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
